Cellphone-less Christopher Walken is a lovable luddite

When Christopher Walken walks on a stage, you always know you're in for some poetic-like prose.
Take his appearance on Thursday's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, in which he gifted the host with "maybe the favorite thing I've heard in the longest time."
The 69-year-old Walken, not too surprising, doesn't own a computer.
The internet? "I missed all that."
Stewart: "Well, it's still here. I mean, you can jump on it now."
Walken: "I did it. I remember when transistor radios happened." (Raucous audience and host laughter.)
Stewart: "You jump on that yet or no? You still waiting?"
But Stewart gets even more incredulous when he learns that Walken doesn't have a cellphone, either.
Walken, matter-of-factly: "Nope."
Stewart: "Do you feel Amish?"
Stewart: "But when I make a movie, they hand me one, and I always think: that's nice. But you know, it's not for me. It's so they can get me."
Stewart: "Why don't they just like a little cat, give you a little bell?" (He mimes the act of buckling on a collar.)
So how does the Stand Up Guys star get his information?
"My wife," who, incidentally, does own a computer.
