I lived in Seattle for 22 years and never went to Paseo. I've been hearing people rave about it for years so I have no idea how or why I never made the trip myself. Anyway. I FINALLY did over the weekend. Yes what they say about lines out the door and up the street is true. But yes, what they say about Paseo being insanely delicious is also, very very true. Tried the Cuban Roast sandwich- which they label as their most popular (and for very good reason). Oh and PS: there is also a Paseo location in Ballard, which I believe is a bit of a lesser known fact... Might be worth a shot, maybe the lines are shorter??
