Buzz about Pho Than Brothers
KatR wrote about Pho Than Brothers
Pho Than Brothers is a hole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant that serves ONLY pho. However, this is fine by be because they serve some of the best pho in Seattle. Their noodles are perfect and their soup is just right -- not too salty, but not watery either. Their "large" bowls of pho are VERY large and only cost $6.25.
Pho Than Brothers also has a long list of teas (try the sugar cane tea!) and serves a free cream puff with your meal. I crave these little guys -- my secret wish is to one day go into Pho Than Brothers just for tea and cream puffs. It hasn't happened yet, I keep getting seduced by the smell of their pho.
