The food here is okay. We usually end up at Canyon's when we are too late to go somewhere else.

My fiance enjoys this place. A lot. They have some pretty good specials -- 6.99 for some plates. I usually get the enchilada with rice and beans, but I have tried many other things on the menu -- it's, well, let's just say it's not bad.

We do come here often. If you are looking for filling Tex Mex food, this is the place to be.
