This is the BEST Cantonese restaurant I've been to Seattle. It's so good, I called my mother immediately after leaving and told her I found a restaurant that is as amazing as our favorite restaurant home in Hawaii.
My brother and I scour the country searching for Pork Hash, but many places do not carry this because it is too simple. BUT THIS PLACE HAD IT! and it was AMAZING! My mouth waters just thinking about it and I wonder if my FI will allow us to go back two nights in a row.
We also ordered the Sichuan Cabbage and Noodle soup. Wow.
If you love homestyle Chinese food, you really cannot go wrong with the food here.
