We just got out of Blue Ginger. I really enjoy this place. I usually get the Yook Gae Jung, but today I ordered the Yook Gae Udon. True to form, the soup was spicy, temperature hot, and filling.

Also, I love the little side dishes that come with the meal! Korean potato salad? Yay! Or, how about some kim chee? Even better!

I highly recommend Blue Ginger for a night out with friends or a dinner by yourself. The wait-staff is friendly and attentive.
